Refund policy
Saltwater Sail Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot issue refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require that your order number is provided inside the package.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Accessories
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within five business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is marked return to sender and we have to pay the postage, it will be deducted from your refund.
Canceling & Editing Orders
- We do our best to ship orders quickly, often within 24-48 hours! If you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@saltwatersail.com. If your order has already shipped in under 24 hours, we will send you a return label and then refund you once we receive the package back.
- We opperate between 8:30 AM and 5 PM Eastern standard time. If you place an order after those hours, you will have until 10 AM the next day to edit your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but may not be able to if the order has already been fulfilled.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We will exchange items if they are still in stock or for an item of equal value at no cost to you if the item is damaged or defected.
- If you are exchanging an item, we will offer store credit for the purchase amount.
